The day has arrived. Darren has achieved what he set out to accomplish two years ago. It was a lovely and meaningful ceremony, and we were thrilled to celebrate. The photo taken during the ceremony is right before Darren received his hood - fancy isn't it? He's wearing it in the other picture. I'll post more pictures in my flickr account because we have some of Grandma and some of our friends. After the ceremony, we went home and picked up our kiddos and went out to eat to celebrate. I presented Darren with his book of congratulations messages from friends and family. Thank you so much for participating - I know it meant a lot to him.
